Delivery and Shipping Policy

Avelis — eSIM Services. How and when your eSIM is delivered, what you receive, and what to do if no email arrives.

1. Digital delivery – no physical shipment

All products offered in our shop are digital eSIM profiles. There is no physical shipment. Therefore no shipping costs apply – neither domestically nor internationally.

2. Delivery time

Delivery is automatic, by email to the address you provided during checkout – usually within a few minutes after your payment has been received successfully.

In rare cases (e.g. high load or payment verification) delivery can take up to 30 minutes. If you have not received an email after 30 minutes, please check your spam folder first and then contact our support team.

3. What you receive

After completing your order you will receive an email containing:

  • your personal eSIM profile (QR code for installation)
  • a step-by-step installation guide for iOS and Android
  • the details of your data package (data volume, validity, destination region)
  • a link to your personal status page, where you can check your data usage at any time

4. Requirements for use

To install the eSIM you need:

  • an eSIM-capable and carrier-unlocked device
  • an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data) during installation

Please check before purchase whether your device supports eSIM. You can find an overview of compatible devices in our Help Center.

5. Email not received?

  1. Check your spam or junk folder.
  2. Make sure the email address you entered at checkout is correct.
  3. Allow up to 30 minutes after payment.
  4. Contact our support team at support@withavelis.com – we will resend your eSIM immediately.

6. Worldwide availability

Because delivery is entirely digital, you can order and receive our eSIMs from anywhere in the world. There are no delivery zones or country-specific shipping restrictions.

7. Note on the right of withdrawal

Please note: by placing your order you expressly consent to the immediate provision of the digital content before the withdrawal period expires, and you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal lapses once performance begins. Details can be found in our withdrawal information.
