Withdraw your contract
Use the electronic withdrawal function below to withdraw from your Avelis contract. It takes less than a minute and you will receive a written confirmation by email.
Who can use this
The right of withdrawal applies to consumers — natural persons acting outside their trade, business or profession — who concluded a distance contract with Avelis online. Business customers (B2B) are not covered.
You may also declare your withdrawal by any other clear statement, for example by email to support@withavelis.com or by post. This electronic function is an additional, faster option.
Your 14-day period
You have 14 calendar days from the day the contract is concluded to withdraw without giving any reason and without incurring any cost, subject to the exception below.
To meet the deadline it is sufficient that you send your declaration before the period expires.
Exception for activated eSIMs
An Avelis eSIM data plan is digital content supplied immediately. Under Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU the right of withdrawal lapses once performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose that right.
In practice, scanning the QR code or activating the profile starts performance. If you have not activated your eSIM yet, your full 14-day withdrawal right remains intact. We will always check your individual case.
Refunds
Where the right of withdrawal applies, we refund all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your declaration, using the same means of payment as the original transaction. You will not incur any fees.
